Control and Certification

We offer a wide range of services to assess and certify the reliability of your equipment.
Temperature
We check temperatures in the -80°C/ 100°C range with reliable, annually certified equipment, and with the ability to record the detected temperatures.
Aspiration
We use a certified hot-wire anemometer to test whether your hood maintains the correct extraction rate according to regulations.
Speed
Using a certified stroboscope, we certify that your centrifuge maintains the correct number of revolutions.
CO2 &  O2
We check the CO2 and O2 percentages in your incubator with the Fyrite Analyzer.

In recent years, law enforcement agencies have exponentially increased workplace safety controls, with hundreds of studios and laboratories closed and hundreds of millions of euros worth of equipment seized. Certainly, the media coverage given by newspapers and television broadcasts has further put the entire sector under scrutiny.

Among the various irregularities, the most punishable is failure to comply with the regulations regarding safety in the workplace (Legislative Decree 81/08).

Furthermore, irregularities have emerged due to the fact that laboratories and studios use devices with an average lifespan of more than 7 years, resulting in electrical, structural, and functional degradation.

Over time, laboratory equipment is subject to component wear, resulting in increased electrical safety risks, which are even greater for instruments that use aggressive chemical reagents. For example, if the protective earth connection fails, the operator or patient cannot detect it unless they suffer an electrocution. Correct use of the equipment, combined with periodic maintenance and checks, is essential to identify and address all electrical risks to which it may be exposed, directly or indirectly.
